Warranty cover depends on the battery range

Warranty terms vary by product and application. Always confirm the warranty term and conditions at the point of purchase and ensure the battery is correctly specified and installed.

Examples by technology (where applicable)

  • Enhanced Flooded Battery (EFB): 24-month nationwide guarantee
  • AGM (Valve Regulated Lead Acid): 36-month warranty

Note:
These examples are range-dependent and provided as a guide.

How the warranty process works

1.

Keep your proof of purchase (invoice number and purchase date are essential).

2.

Confirm correct application and fitment (wrong specs can cause early failure and may affect warranty eligibility).

3.

Have the battery tested by an authorised reseller/workshop to confirm whether the issue is battery-related or charging-system related.

4.

Submit supporting details (battery type, vehicle details, and proof of purchase).

5.

Assessment & resolution (repair/recharge/replace where applicable, per warranty terms).

Frequently asked questions

How often should I check my battery?
Regular checks help spot issues early. Many battery specialists recommend checking at least twice a year, especially before long trips or seasonal weather changes.
Batteries can release hydrogen gas (explosive risk) and contain acid that can harm skin/eyes. Use safety protection and follow proper connection/removal order.
Start/stop vehicles often require higher cycling performance. Battery technologies like EFB and AGM are designed to support start/stop demands (the right choice depends on your vehicle spec).
Follow your vehicle handbook and correct connection order. If the vehicle doesn’t start within a short attempt, stop and seek professional help, there may be another underlying issue.
Lack of use contributes to self-discharge, and some vehicles have parasitic drains (alarms/immobilisers). A battery test can confirm battery health and charging performance.
